Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 15x means you must wager the bonus amount fifteen times before withdrawal eligibility is reached). Real Money Balance is typically wagered first before Bonus Funds are used.

Different games contribute at different rates toward clearing wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated in the promotion terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Uncompleted bonuses are forfeited at expiry.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jalaku168 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jalaku168 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and any outstanding compliance checks.
Upon Account termination, your licence to use the Platform is revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue in full force and effect.
